My food diary is now complete! Four months of it. I'll be starting a new one soon but now it's break time. Watching and drawing what I eat wasn't the only thing that helped me lose 10 pounds but also my running from the "couch to 5k" schedule since two months ago. I'll include my exercise on the next diary soon.
